A small road separates the villa from the sandy beach. After passing the main entrance, a small paved private road within the plot, will take you from the coastal road to a guarded private parking of the property. The house itself lies between an olive grove and the sea.

Ground floor

Includes a cozy living room with a seating area, sofas and a TV, a large fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room. On the ground floor you will also find a double bed (140cm x 200cm) and a bathroom with a shower. The outdoor area of the ground floor is the ideal place to enjoy the ideal Greek summer. Extremely comfortable, bright and equipped with garden furniture, outdoor dining room, barbeque, outdoor fridge so you can cook, eat or just relax and enjoy the sunset overlooking the sea. The swimming pool has a maximum depth of 2m and a minimum of 0.5m so that it can be enjoyed equally by adults and young children. Also, there is a huge garden with grass, various plants and trees an ideal place to enjoy the nature.

First floor

On the first floor of the villa you will find 3 separate bedrooms. All the bedrooms have a single bed (100cm x 200cm) each, while the 3rd bedroom is equipped with a king-sized bed (160cm x 200cm). The floor has another fully functional bathroom with shower. The bedrooms share a huge balcony overlooking the garden, the pool area and the beautiful Argolis bay. The area of the balcony is about 50m2, it is also protected by the sun from a pergola and has 2 outdoor tables with chairs.

Lower level

The lower level of Villa Aurora includes 3 more separate bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160CM x 200cm), the 2nd has 2 single beds and the last, a single bed. In the basement there are 2 more bathrooms with showers and a kitchen.

An additional space, which consists a washer, dryer, electric iron and ironing board.

All the rooms and interiors of Villa Aurora are spacious and bright, modernly decorated, with spaces and wardrobes for your stuff, but also fully air-conditioned for cooling and heating, out of a total of 10 different heat pumps. Outside the villa, there are 2 outdoor solar showers (the water is heated by solar panels).
