This special villa is situated just behind the small beautiful island of Hinitsa in Hinitsa bay, opposite the island of Spetses, in one of the most privileged neighborhoods of the Greek Riviera, where many prominent Greek families own houses as well. In this area you will enjoy the benefits of being on the mainland and at the same time you can reach the picturesque island of Spetses within 5 minutes by boat.

What characterizes that spot are the crystal clear tranquil waters of the semi- private wonderful beach right next to the house, as well as the unique view of the large yachts mooring on the island of Hinitsa.

The villa, which has hosted many renowned guests, consists of two houses on top of each other. The decoration fits the villa’s ambiance and architecture. It is an imposing house with large spaces inside and big sheltered balconies that offer a great view of the beach. Unique antiques, beautiful old mirrors and lamps give a special touch to each room and exude class. The ceilings are wooden and fit perfectly with the terracotta tiles. In the sitting room you can relax on the comfortable bamboo sofas.

In front of the villa there is a large garden, ideal for children, which leads to the swimming pool and barbecue. Few steps down is the secluded pebble beach. From the fully furnished terraces of the house you can enjoy spectacular views and the most beautiful sunset!
